As part of the lecture “Digital Services: Frontend” lecture, Anita Sangl, lecturer in the Media Psychology and Digital Business Bachelor's degree program at THI Business School, surprised her students with a special guest. Maike Voigt, co-founder and COO of the start-up UNWARE, offered a fascinating insight into the latest technological developments.

The highlight of the presentation were videos about the portable UNWARE Holodeck, a VR CAVE that works entirely without wearables such as VR glasses. This technology offers innovative applications, particularly in the industrial sector, and shows how work and learning processes could change in the future.

The focus of the lecture “Digital Services: Frontend” is on how modern technologies such as IoT, VR and conversational user interfaces can improve the user experience. In her presentation, Maike Voigt emphasized the central role of the user perspective in the development of technological innovations - an inspiring and practical contribution for the students of THI Business School.

Practical learning - directly in cooperation with companies and experts from the business world - is one of the core areas of teaching at THI Business School.
