In the last week before the Christmas vacations, the final pitches of the project groups in the “Digital Business Models and Digital Marketing” course of the Master's degree program in Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School took place. The event provided a platform for innovative ideas and professionally developed concepts.

Four dedicated teams presented the projects they had been working on for several months. The topics ranged from a charitable digital platform to app developments in the healthcare sector and a business model for students looking for accommodation. One of the highlights of the presentations was the winning project “TheraClue” - a documentation app to support psychotherapeutic treatments. This idea particularly impressed the jury, who critically scrutinized the concepts in their role as investors.

The jury was made up of renowned individuals: Prof. Dr. Alexander Decker (Dean Marketing & Alumni at THI Business School, Degree program director MVM), Ralf Mattschas (founder and CEO of Colexo), Dr. Olivier Blanchard (digital consultant), Christine Plote (communications consultant and co-founder of the Open Search Foundation), Marcel Schmidt (MVM graduate and independent digital consultant for SMEs) and Daniel Höche (Head of Marketing & Sales at SachsenEnergie). With their feedback, they made an important contribution to the further development of the projects and evaluated the concepts in terms of innovation, feasibility and market potential.

The final presentations were an inspiring conclusion to the semester and impressively demonstrated how creatively and professionally the students implemented their ideas.
