  • Static strength calculation with linear and non-linear material models
  • Temperature field calculations
  • Simulation of dynamic systems with FEM
  • Numerical determination of component stress and service life
  • Design of weight-optimized components based on the simulated force curve
  • Construction of components suitable for production
  • Investigation of the vibration behaviour (operational vibration analysis, modal analysis, mobile measurement data acquisition)
  • Experimental and computational determination of service life (determination of component stress, fatigue strength tests / fracture mechanics)
